Objectives
To ensure appropriate, equitable, and fair working and living conditions for employees, empowering them to lead a peaceful life through methods that are peaceful, lawful, and constitutional.
Foster a cooperative spirit among employees and raise awareness about their rights, responsibilities, and liabilities.
Provide arrangements and compensation for employees in cases of sickness, unemployment, old age, accidents, death, or during legal strikes or disputes with employers.
Promote thrift and cooperative values among employees, while organizing social insurance, cooperative societies, and other welfare measures.
Offer opportunities for the educational and cultural development of employees and their families, including running schools, libraries, reading rooms, and organizing sports and recreational activities to make productive use of time.
Develop civic and political awareness among employees.
Collaborate and participate with employee associations that share similar objectives.
Ensure the enforcement of laws passed by the legislature to protect employees' interests.
Undertake all lawful activities necessary to achieve these goals.
